Welcome to Yukti Medha Shikksha (YMS). By accessing or using the YMS website, Student Registration Portal, courses and educational services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Yukti Medha Shikksha (YMS) is an education initiative of Rashtra Bharti Public Inter College and Trinity Academy. With a legacy of 25 years in academic excellence, YMS combines academic education with competitive examination preparedness.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the YMS platform, purchasing a course, accessing educational content or using any service provided by YMS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or our educational services.

2. Student Registration

Students must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. The information provided during registration should belong to the student or be provided with appropriate authorization from the parent or guardian where applicable.

Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information and for updating information whenever necessary.

3. Student Account

6. Payment and Transaction

7. Course Access

Course access is provided only to the student account associated with the approved purchase.

Purchased course access must not be transferred, sold, shared or provided to another person.

Sharing login credentials, course videos, notes, PDFs or other restricted educational material with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.

8. Educational Content

All educational content available through YMS, including videos, lectures, notes, PDFs, assignments, questions, tests, graphics, text and other learning materials, is provided for educational purposes.

Students may use the educational content only for their personal learning and academic preparation.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, branding, logos, educational materials, videos, written content, graphics, course structure and other content provided by YMS are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Students must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, record, resell or commercially exploit YMS content without prior written permission.

10. Online Tests and Assessments

YMS may provide quizzes, mock tests, assignments and other assessments as part of its educational services.

Students are expected to participate honestly and follow the instructions provided for each assessment.

Any attempt to manipulate test results, use unauthorized assistance or engage in unfair practices may result in cancellation of the relevant assessment or restriction of account access.

11. Certificates

Certain courses may provide certificates to eligible students after successful completion of the applicable course, assessment or other requirements.

A certificate is not automatically guaranteed for every course and will depend on the eligibility and completion requirements specified for the respective course.

12. Academic Results and Performance

YMS provides structured academic and competitive examination preparation with the objective of helping students improve their knowledge, skills and examination readiness.

However, YMS does not guarantee any specific examination rank, marks, admission, selection, scholarship, employment or career outcome. Results depend on several factors including student effort, preparation, attendance, performance and external examination or admission criteria.

13. Career Counselling and Mentoring

YMS may provide career counselling, aptitude-based mentoring and academic guidance to help students make informed choices regarding higher education and professional pathways.

Such guidance is intended for educational assistance and should not be considered a guarantee of admission, employment or any specific career outcome.

14. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the YMS platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
• Copying or distributing paid course content
• Recording or redistributing video lectures without permission
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform
